A man booked a river for drifting in Nanzhao county, Central China's Henan Province to celebrate his girlfriend's birthday, according to a local website www.ahwang.cn on June 7, 2015.

With his girlfriend's birthday approaching, the man planed to give her a surprise on the very day. He came up with the idea of booking a drifting site for the whole day. He also asked all the drifting staff to stand along the river and salute them.

"I want to make my girlfriend happy on her birthday," said the man.
