Apple Watch gets a blank stare in Shanxi

Some 500 participants were asked to pull off the most spaced-out facial expression in a "blank-stare"contest in Taiyuan, Shanxi province, on Friday.

All the contestants were required to sit or lie down and stare ahead blankly, without moving or laughing. The winner would receive a new Apple Watch, Shanxi Daily reported.

The game is held to remind people to enjoy a slower paced life, the news paper said.
