Doctors dance while patients wait
With the Spring Festival around the corner, a group of medical staff in a hospital in Fuzhou, East China's Jiangxi province, was found celebrating the holiday in advance when they put aside their work, and started dancing on Monday.
According to jiangxinews.com.cn, waiting patients formed a long line outside the registration office of the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou on Monday afternoon, with no one serving them for over an hour.
In the meantime, a group of medical workers were spotted dancing in the hall not far away from the registration office, instead of serving patients. It was not until an angry husband of a pregnant woman complained to the hospital that a doctor turned up.
A staff member of the hospital said that the medical workers were off duty at the time and were rehearsing for the upcoming Spring Festival party.
