Debris blocks the way to school
Local children were forced to walk across meters-high debris to get to school, because the demolition team dumped the debris on the walkway, the only passage linking the residents' home in Huazhai village, Zhengzhou, Central China's Henan province, and the outside world, reported cnr.cn on Wednesday.
The debris, left by the local housing demolition office, blocks the way so that parents have to let their children get off their bicycles to walk on their own. The children stumbled across the broken bricks, with some falling and risking injury.
The area, which lacks any warning signs, is located just 200 meters away from a primary school.
