Three major telecom operators in China have blocked 7.5 billion mobile phone spam messages since the crackdown campaign began in April, Beijing News learned from a working conference dealing with spam messages Friday. The operators, China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom, announced ways to report spam messages at the meeting. In addition, mobile phone users can also notify official departments via 12321.cn.
