A 10-year-old boy's right hand was cut off by his mother's boyfriend Tuesday in Shenyang, Northeast China's Liaoning province. The boy's hand was put into an electric heating jug in scalding hot water, while a financial dispute is being settled between the child's mother and her boyfriend. Despite surgery, the boy ended up losing his right hand, www.ycwb.com reported.
