Huizhou promotes its tourism in Beijing

Huizhou city, Guangdong province, recently held a news conference in Beijing to promote its rich tourism resources and new tourism products.
Tourists can choose from eight themed itineraries such as nature, outdoors, culture and cuisine to embrace the ancient city's glamour. The city boasts cultural heritage, mountains, lakes, hot springs, beaches and ethnic group culture.
Visitors can also browse tourism information, such as dining places, and book tickets and hotels via Huizhou Tourism Bureau's official WeChat account.
Zhang Lilan, head of the bureau, introduced the standards of its visual identity system such as brand logotype, in order to build a new image of Huizhou as a destination.
In the second half of 2017, Huizhou will hold the first Sea Turtle Culture Tourism Festival to raise the awareness of protection of sea turtles. Located in Huidong county, Harbor Sea Turtle Nature Reserve is a place where sea turtles would lay their eggs from June to September.
