Air China is connecting Chengdu and Frankfurt, offering a direct flight between the two cities from May 19. Round trip tickets are on offer at 3,400 yuan ($547) from now until June 30. Chengdu is the third city after Beijing and Shanghai to have a direct Air China flight to Frankfurt.

China Southern Airline has a special for its Guangzhou-London and Beijing-London itineraries. For flights before June 30, round-trip tickets can be had for 3,200 yuan. Tickets have to be booked before March 31.

If you plan to visit Australia between now and June 27, China Eastern Air has a six-day vacation package from Shanghai to Melbourne that is discounted at 5,830 yuan per person.
