Detour, Hong Kong Ambassadors of Design's annual art and design festival, takes over the vacant government land of Wanchai's former police quarters with its theme of Design Renegade: Prototyping Public Space. Director Aidan Li worked with John Bela and Justine Topfer to curate works that question whether the public really benefits from Hong Kong's public spaces.
