ASC Fine Wines named best importer at competition
Some of the world's most renowned Masters of Wines gathered at the Hilton Hotel Shanghai between 17-20 July to be the judges for the China Wine Challenge 2012. Hundreds of the best known wines from around the world participated in the competition.
Brands presented by ASC Fine Wines were amongst the most successful in the competition, achieving 4 best in class trophies and 97 other awards. ASC was named the "Best Importer".
Lynne Sheriff MW, chairman of the Institute of the Masters of Wine served as the chairman of China Wine Challenge. The judges also included Michel Bettan, one of the best world wine authorities, John Salvi MW, president of Wine and Spirit Association of Great Britain, Andrew Caillard MW, founder of the Langton's Fine Wine Classification of Australian Wine, Professor Li Demei from Beijing Agricultural University and Martin Hao, Editor-in-Chief of Wine Press.

ASC imports and distributes over 1,200 wines from 14 countries and regions and is called "the greatest fine wine importer in China" by one of the world's most famous wine critics, Robert Parker.
Besides China Wine Challenge, ASC's wines have won awards in many other top wine competitions like Wine Spectator 100 and Decanter International Wine Awards.
