As the Dragon Boat Festival draws near, the Horizon Chinese restaurant at Kerry Hotel, Beijing, has prepared a wholesome selection of glutinous rice dumplings or zongzi. The dumplings, priced from 198 yuan each, are prepared using quality ingredients and packed in gift boxes.

Scampi selection

If you are looking for a place to indulge in fresh scampi, which is high in protein and low in calories, go to Danieli's restaurant at St. Regis. Treat father to seafood

Four Points by Sheraton Beijing, Haidian, will present a lunch feast on Father's Day. The Eatery Restaurant will prepare an exclusive menu dedicated to all fathers. Cuisine for charity

The 8th IHG Annual Charity Cooking Competition will be held at Crowne Plaza Beijing Park View Wuzhou on June 26. Chefs from 14 hotels of InterContinental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn brands will compete in seven categories: sweet coffee break, cold appetizer, laksa, cocktail, coffee barista, black box and Chinese cold combination platter.
