Swiss spring cuisine
In the coming months, Cafe Swiss at Swissotel Grand Shanghai will introduce some of the wonderful tastes and flavors of Swiss regional cuisine. For spring, relish the fresh and rich taste of cuisine from the Bernese Oberland region of the Swiss highlands, a selection of simple, yet delicious dishes on featured set menus. You may enjoy them with excellent Swiss wine. The dinner is priced at 248 yuan per head.

Easter feast
In keeping with the tradition of Easter, Pudong Shangri-La Shanghai will be bustling with activities for both children and adults in April. The chefs of Yi Caf and Jade on 36 Restaurant will prepare a sumptuous feast of Easter favorites, available for brunch on April 8. The little ones will be kept entertained with fun activities, including face painting, Easter egg guessing jars and an Easter egg hunt where children armed with baskets can seek out the cleverly hidden eggs. The brunch is priced at 428 yuan in Yi Cafe and 888 yuan, both with a 15 percent surcharge, in Jade on 36 Restaurant.

Water way to eat
Songkran, also known as "Water Festival", is a traditional Thai festival for family and friends to get together and welcome the coming of the New Year. From April 9- 16. To celebrate the festival, Thai chefs of The Westin Bund Center Shanghai have designed a special a la carte menu to be shared and served family style. Traditional Thai dishes such as spicy prawn and lemongrass salad with herbs and mint leaf, tom yam fish and mushroom soup with Thai parsley will bring you the authentic taste of Thai Songkran.

Colorful occasion
To mark Easter Day, Jing'an restaurant at The PuLi Hotel and Spa is throwing a sumptuous feast in honor of the sacrifices many have made for us to be here today. The Sunday brunch experience begins with two huge "shared tables", comprising a fresh seafood station, charcuterie selection with dressing, freshly baked breads and pastries. Hot dishes feature pork pot sticker dumplings with green chili soy, fried rice with crab and egg and more. The Easter Sunday brunch on April 8 is priced at 398 yuan with a 15 percent surcharge per person.
