As the spring breeze brings in sweetness and warmth, the popular Grand Seafood Dinner Buffet is back at L'Atrium at Grand Mercure Hongqiao Shanghai - this time, with more choices. One of the highlights is baby abalone with geese feet, a signature Cantonese creation. The chef uses the original bouillon of dried abalone and adds oyster jus, Chinese ham and other seasonings to make this rich and creamy sauce that perfects the taste and texture. The buffet is priced at 228 yuan, with a 15-percent surcharge per person.
