Out and about

Cuban artist Asniel "Chuli" Herrera has a new exhibition at the Latin American&Caribbean Center. Provided to China Daily

Cuban artist Asniel "Chuli" Herrera's new exhibit B-One, featuring 30 works from his Sky Painting project, is now on show. Herrera used social media to invite friends from around the world to submit interesting photographs of the heavens above. After selecting his favorite pictures, he used them to paint an illustration of our common humanity under one sky. The award-winning artist has been in China since May, and the most interesting part of his show may be Herrera's immense portraits that integrate Chinese and Latin cultures.

Daily through July 13 at J-Space Gallery, Latin American & Caribbean Center, Sanlitun Soho, B1-510, Chaoyang district.
