Wu Zhijian, spokesman for the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, announces China's far-reaching plans for moon exploration, following the successful lunar landing of the Chang'e-3 last Saturday.
"We should seize the opportunity, explore the potential for cooperation and promote a healthy and stable Sino-US relationship."
