Walking into the Window of the World reminds you of the renowned British novel Gulliver's Travels. When Dr Gulliver woke up in the country of Lilliput, he felt like a giant to everything around him. In this theme park on the west side of Shenzhen, you will feel exactly the same way.

The park has more than 100 vivid replicas of the world's famous wonders, historical relics and scenic sites squeezed into 48 hectares. To travel around the "world" within one day is not an impossible mission. Start by hopping on Shenzhen Metro Line 1.

About Shenzhen

Shenzhen is located at the southern tip of the Chinese mainland on the eastern bank of the mouth of the Pearl River and neighbors Hong Kong.

The brainchild of Deng Xiaoping, the country's first special economic zone was established here by the Chinese Government in 1980. It has been a touchstone for China's reform and opening-up policy since then.
