RIO DE JANEIRO - Olympic rowing races have been postponed again due to adverse conditions on Wednesday.
According to organizers, due to weather conditions, the FISA Executive Committee has postponed the racing. No racing will take place today. A new updated schedule will be announced at the Team Managers Meeting at 10:00 am.
Rowing races were also postponed on Sunday due to technical installation difficulties caused by the strong winds.
On Saturday, high winds caused Serbian pair Milos Vasic and Nenad Bedik to capsize. And several athletes like Zimbabwe's Andrew Graham Peebles from Zimbabwe and Australia's Kimberley Brennan, respectively in men's and women's single sculls, complained about the rough conditions.
