HANGZHOU, Zhejiang province - The National Para Games for the Disabled will end in Hangzhou on Wednesday with a low-budget closing ceremony, the ceremony's director said on Tuesday.
"Our budget is 10 percent of that of the opening ceremony," said Shi Guoqing, "But we are pretty sure that the closing ceremony will be equally splendid as the opening."
The Hangzhou Games is a warm-up for China's disabled athletes who have set sights on the 2012 Paralympics in London.
