Yi leads China to first shooting title

GUANGZHOU - China secured the first Guangzhou Asiad shooting gold with a victory of 10m air rifle women's team event here on Saturday.

Yi Siling led the Chinese team with 399 points, and the team totalled a winning score of 1,194 points to grab China's second gold at Guangzhou Asiad.

Yi's teammate Wu Liuxi and Yu Dan shot down 398 and 397 points respectively.

Iran made the second place with 1,192 points, two points behind China.
