Even though, the former world footballer has announced his plan to retire
this year, he will not be in shortage of fascination to draw attention from
clubs' bosses.
Liu Yuming, director of the Changchun Yatai club, has put his club's plan in
spotlight, saying that the club is wooing Zidane to join through the club's
agent.
Changchun is considered a "giant killer" in this year's CSL, standing only
behind traditional powerhouse Shandong Luneng club with a point of 27, six
points behind Shandong.
Liu said his team's middle line is not that strong as others expect. "If the
dribbling master could join us, it would be perfect."
Apart from Changchun, Beijing Guo'an, a club that has signed an agreement
with Spanish soccer giant real Madrid on soccer exchange and cooperation, have
also unfolded their interest in the former world footballer.
According to the club's agent, who is in charge of player's transfer said
Zidane was not immediately dismiss his interest after he learnt about that clubs
in China were wooing him. "Zidane is looking forward to a new chapter in China."
according to the agent who said on condition of anonymity.
