Your President Xi Jinping initiated the Silk Road Economic Belt and Maritime Silk Road in September 2013.

One Belt and One Road Initiative is to promote peace, openness and inclusiveness, mutual learning and mutual benefits. It is also symbolize communication and cooperation between the East and West.

The Silk Road spirit is very historic, and is also the heritage to share by many countries around the world.

The Asia Art Festival is a part of the One Belt and One Road Initiative. That is why we take this opportunity to promote, not only the cultural exchanges, but also the mutual respect and trust, and mutual benefit to enhance the win-win cooperation between Myanmar and China.
