NEW YORK - Jay-Z and Alicia Keys led the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart for a fifth week on Thursday with "Empire State of Mind."
Ke$ha's "TiK ToK" rose one to No. 2, swapping places with Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance." Iyaz's "Replay" and Owl City's "Fireflies" held at Nos. 4 and 5, respectively.
"Sexy Chick" by David Guetta featuring Akon was up one to No. 6, switching with former No. 1 "Whatcha Say" by Jason Derulo, whose second single, "In My Head," debuted at No. 63.
The last three spots in the top 10 mirrored last week's rankings: The Black Eyed Peas' "Meet Me Halfway" (No. 8), Britney Spears' "3" (No. 9) and Jay Sean's "Down" (No. 10). It's the second week in a row that the top 10 has failed to welcome a new title into its ranks.
The highest new entry was Ludacris' "How Low" at No. 13, the best debut of the rapper's career. The track comes from his forthcoming album "Battle of the Sexes."
Timberlake must have missed the memo that unlike the times he’s on stage at one of his concerts, this isn’t about him.
