LOS ANGELES – Cartoon Network has green-lit two new animated comedies, "Regular Show" and "Horrorbots," and has picked up additional episodes for "The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack."

"Regular Show," created by J. G. Quintel, is a surreal comedy about two bored groundskeepers, Mordecai (a six-foot-tall blue jay) and Rigby (a hyperactive raccoon). "Horrorbots" centers on two teenage robots going to high school and is from Michael Buckley and Joe Deasy.

Cartoon Network will produce more episodes of "Flapjack," bringing the total number of half-hours to 46.
