Cheng Wendi, male, Han ethnic group, was born in February 1973. He has a master's degree in arts and has joined the CPC.

He currently serves as the vice secretary of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Party Work Committee, and the secretary of the Commission for Political and Legal Affairs of the CPC Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Committee.
