In honor of the first Smart China Expo in Chongqing, Liangjiang Digital Economic Industrial and Internet Parks recently redecorated their exhibition room and opened to the public.

The exhibition room is located on the first floor of the investment center in the Internet Park and covers an area of 1,200 square meters. Over 30 of the park's key companies participated in the exhibition.

Visitors can gain access to information regarding the Digital Economic Industrial Park and the development trends in Chongqing's digital economy via electronic displays, advertising videos and models in the exhibition room.

The application of big data and artificial intelligence in government affairs, medicine, education, transportation and industry are visually demonstrated.

With transparent touch screens, visitors can not only see the hardware used by various companies, but also gain access to other detailed information through the click of a button.

In the future, the exhibition room will be equipped with virtual reality (VR) glasses and VR software to enhance the interactivity of the exhibition.

According to recent data, Liangjiang Digital Economic Industrial Park had 262 new companies during the first quarter of this year, which brings the total number to more than 3,000.

Liangjiang plans to make digital economy its new engine of economic growth and hopes to reach an annual output of 350 billion yuan ($51.15 billion) by 2025.
