A real estate project in Chongqing by Chongqing Jintai State-owned Assets Management Ltd has received a bronze medal at the fifth CBDA Design Awards of 2017, local media reported on Feb 28.

Chongqing Jintai State-owned Assets Management Ltd, located in Liangjiang New Area, has created considerable social and economic benefits in Chongqing over the years.

The company started construction of the Jintai Colorful Time project in 2015 which is expected to be completed by the end of this year. It covers an area of 25 mu (1.67 hectares), with an overall floorage of 55,000 square meters.

The complex consists of office buildings, commercial buildings and 575 underground parking spaces. Its key businesses include developing high-end brands, sales exhibitions of duty-free goods and export trade.
