HYDATA steps up AI service

Feng Yicun, founder and CEO of HYDATA, announced to take on a brand new business model focusing on artificial intelligent (AI) services and the AI industry on Aug 15 at a company press conference in Beijing.

HYDATA, an industry leader in big data visualization, has finished its second round of financing of 100 million yuan ($15 million) to support development in AI industry. The company will develop AI technologies, uniting with partners to provide users with AI application abilities.

"The core target of IT construction helps users promote abilities regardless of the ability of realization and efficiency of promotion. HYDATA will focus on ability services in the future." said Feng Yicun.

HYDATA will also launch a 200-million-yuan project to support AI companies expand into markets with AI technologies, capital and resources.

Shao Hui, vice president of renowned investment institute IDC, said, "HYDATA's products have a strong attraction for me as they are closer to upper-class client needs. The technology can display data more directly through AI visualization."

Headquartered in Beijing, the company has two R&D centers in Chongqing's Liangjiang New Area and the US's Silicon Valley. The company will accelerate cooperation with Chongqing's universities and science and technology institutes, and build an incubation platform for startups to provide talent support for the big data industry in Chongqing.
