According to information from the Yuelai International Exhibition Center, Chongqing will soon build the Yuelai exhibition park as its first "Sponge Park".

The "Sponge Park" means a park with high natural disaster resistance and environmental change adaptation. It can clean and reuse the water which has been stored through absorption.

The Yuelai exhibition park will build the main infrastructure in its lower terrain to store and recycle the rain water. Yuelai district will also construct a "sponge road" on Jinxing Road.
