Liangjiang New Area Yunxing Sports Park recently finished construction and will open to the public, liangjiang.gov.cn reported.

The Park is only one block away from the Cloud Computing Service Center, and is surrounded by high-tech companies such as BOE, Unicom Southwest Data Center, Mobile Data Center, Tencent Data Center and Kangning Glass.

The park had a total investment of 22 million yuan. It occupies a construction area of 192,806 square meters, of which 176,223 square meters are Greenland; the greening rate is 92 percent.

Apart from abundant plants, the park also boasts various sports venues, including a football court, two basketball courts and three badminton courts.

Over 1,000 trees are planted in the area including Chinese scholar trees and Osmanthus fragrans.

Liangjiang New Area’s ambition is to establish 100 parks. The Liangjiang Yunxing Sports Park will offer a premium venue for workers and residents to relax and work out.
