A Real Estate Registration Center opened in Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing, on Nov 23. In addition to the center, online service has also been made available, according to the Liangjiang administration committee.

Liangjiang is the first pilot area in Chongqing to implement a unified real estate registration service. The new center will provide land, house and forest land registration services.

Liangjiang authorities began integrating real estate services from different departments into a unified registration center in the first half of this year, providing a comprehensive one-stop service to local residents.
