The 2015 list of Chongqing's Top 100 Companies was announced on Oct 10, Chongqing Daily reported.

The list was released by Chongqing Companies Federation, Chongqing Entrepreneurs Federation, and Chongqing Industrial Economic Federation. This year is the 12th year they have worked together to compose the list.

Among the top 100 companies, Chang'an Automobile is in first place, with annual sales revenue of 217.13 billion yuan ($34.22 billion). It has led the list for 12 years in a row.

Chang'an Automobile was also top on both the 2015 lists of Chongqing's Top 100 Manufacturing Companies and Top 50 Best Performing Companies.

Chang'an Automobile has increased its output from 225,000 vehicles in 2001 to 2.62 million in 2014.
