Chongqing's Liangjiang New Area held training sessions on July 21 and 22 to improve food safety detection ability, according to the Liangjiang administrative committee.

The training sessions were held to ensure the correct usage of the recently-purchased food safety test equipment by the Chongqing Food and Drug Administration.

The training sessions covered a variety of topics, including the use of food safety test information system. An examination and operation test will also be held to ensure the correct usage of equipment by those attending the training sessions.

He Yousheng, deputy director of the Liangjiang administrative committee said that he required the food and drug administration department to pay high attention to the use of food safety test equipment.
