The Sincere Finance Center (SFC), a new land mark building in the Zhaomushan Science Innovation Park in Liangjiang's Northern new industrial district, began construction on April 15, according to Chongqing Daily. The center is expected to be completed in 2017.

The finance center received an investment of 600 million yuan ($96.78 million) from Chongqing Gaoke Group. According to information released by Chongqing Gaoke, the finance center is their first 5-A standard office building project.

The SFC project will focus on ecology, energy conservation and low carbon building techniques. It will employ new technologies such as glass walls and intelligent control systems, according to a senior representative from Gaoke Group. The project has received a pre-certification from LEED - a green building certification program that recognizes the best-in-class building strategies and practices.

According to the SFC's project director, SFC aims to turn the center into a demonstration hub of innovative technology and finance enterprises in the upper reaches of Yangtze River.
