A delegation from Chongqing Creation Vocational Colllage led by the president Dai Wei visited Liangjiang New Area on December 18, in a bid to promote school-enterprise cooperation, strengthen the training of vocational education talents, and promote the continuous improvement of Liangjing public services platform.

The delegation visited the photo exhibition of Fourth Anniversary of Liangjiang New Area Photography Contest and Liangjing New Area Planning Exhibition Hall.In the Two Rivers Area Planning Exhibition Hall, the delegation members were briefed with the overall planning and the development of the automotive, electronic information, equipment manufacturing, and service trade industries. They also asked questions on ‘two-belt-and-one-road’implemetion.

Later, the delegation attended a meeting organized by Organization Department of Liangjiang, and Human Resources Company. During the meeting, both sides have in-depth discussion on education and industries, schools and enterprises, specialties set-up and professional positions, curriculum materials and professional standards.

All attendees agreed that, with the industrial transformation and upgrading, the demand for skilled talents has risen and vocational education has become a sunrise industry. Therefore, vocational schools should cooperate with enterprises, to train more competitive talents as well as well as to boost Liangjiang New Area’s international competitiveness.

 In recent years, Liangjiang New Area focused on optimizing training model, which effectively boosted the regional economic and social development.
