The construction of Hehe community residence, which is the largest resettlement housing construction project in Longxing Industrial Park, Liangjiang New Area, is progressing well. So far, the main building construction for 22 buildings in the C section has been finished and may open to residents in May next year according to schedule.

The total construction area for the C section is more than 600,000 square meters, and home to 5,886 housing units which can accommodate 13,000 residents. The greening plan is the same for both Section A and Section B. In addition, the C section has 1,216 parking places.

The construction of the C section has been implemented with standardized safety management and the phase 1, phase 2, and phase 3 constructions passed the municipal acceptance inspection in the first half of the year. In addition, the public rental housing construction in the north and south of Longxing Industrial Park is progressing smoothly.

As the largest industrial park in Liangjiang New Area, Longxing Industrial Park has paid attention to social welfare. Apart from the construction of replacement housing and public rental housing, Longxing is accelerating the construction of the Longxing Nursing Home, Yuren Middle School and other projects.

Already, Hehe Primary School, a kindergarten, a health center, community buildings, and a farmers’ market, together with other facilities, have been put into use. The construction of Longxing Fire station has also been completed, and Yuren Middle School has entered its main building construction phase.
