He Yousheng, deputy director of Liangjiang New Area Administrative Committee, said recently that from January to September this year, the district had examined and approved 8,416 issues. The average processing time has been shortened from 15.19 days per issue to 1.79 days.

He said that Liangjiang New Area had deepened the reform of its administrative approval system. The Administrative Committee and dispatched municipal departments settled in government affairs in a bid to provide a one-stop centralized approval service. In addition, an online administrative approval hall has been launched.

By deepening the reform of its administrative approval system, the administrative efficiency has been significantly enhanced. Previously, it used to take 70 days to get approval for enterprise registration but now it only takes two days.

In addition, through deepening the reform of its administrative approval system, from January to September this year, Liangjiang New Area added 5,915 new market players, an increase of 61.79 percent compared with the same period last year.
