On June 30, the 2014 Property Promotion and Investment Introduction Event, sponsored by Chongqing Yuelai Investment Development Group, kicked off in the international meeting center of Chongqing Yuelai New City, bringing in many experts and investors from property companies including SUNAC, Yintai, Henda, Vanke and Jinke.

Situated in the center of Liangjiang New Area, Yuelai New City is projected to be the city’s functional area of a modern international business center, highlighting the five functions of international business, meeting and exhibition, culture creativity, leisure entertainment and ecological livability.

Yuelai is composed of three city functional areas, “exhibition city, ecological city and intelligent city”. The Yuelai international exhibition city regards Chongqing International Exhibition Center as the core, drives the related industries through the exhibition industry and gathers high-end public service facilities.

The planned scale of commercial construction is over 3 million square meters, and the scale of housing construction is about 4.6 million square meters, which will become an international new city.

At present, Yuelai exhibition city module is not only signed with Rongchuang Real Estate, Yintai Land, Chongqing Palm Spring Evergreen Land Co., Ltd and Capital Airport Real Estate Co., Ltd, but also got attention from developers such as Shenzhen Zhuoyue, Taiwan Starlight Group, Green Land Group, New Open Real Estate and Caifu Land.

In the future, Yuelai international exhibition city will cooperate and complement Konggang New City, Caijia, and Lijia Commercial Center to serve the Lijiang New Area and radiate a new urban center of Chongqing, and become the big driving engine to create an inland development bridgehead.
