Li Jiheng, governor of Yunnan province, went to Chongqing Liangjiang New Area to learn about the local construction of industrial parks, new area planning, and investment experience on April 28. In Shuitu industrial park, the research group visited a display project of Chongqing Laibao Technology Co., Ltd, followed by Liangjiang New Area’s planning exhibition gallery. They also learned about Liangjiang’s advanced experience in management systems, operation mechanisms, industrial layout, and investment among other things. Li said that Yunnan will learn from Liangjiang’s precious experience in development.

He also said that five aspects including scientific development, spirit of reform and innovation, the expansion of the opening up of inland regions, preferential policies, and the practical entrepreneurial style of the LNA, set examples for Yunnan’s development.

The investigative group also went to the working area of Liangjiang New Area’s bonded port to study the movement of bonded goods. In addition, it visited Chang’an Auto City, Chongqing railway vehicles Co. Ltd, and Jinshan Science and Technology Co. to study new technology and new products.

Ling Yueming, secretary of the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Party Working Committee and director of the Chongqing Liangjiang administrative committee, also accompanied the visiting investigative group.
