Software industry will be well developed in Xi'an

"The Global programmers' Festival aims to build a global exchange and cooperation platform for global outstanding programmers and famous software enterprises, which will further enhance Xi'an's popularity, attract more talents to work in Xi'an and promote its economic and social development," said Li Huacheng, the candidate of Xi'an's top 10 leading programmer.

Li has been working in software related industry since he joined the work in 1999. He worked in Beijing and Shenzhen after his graduation.

With 20 years of experience in software research and development and management, Li has worked for Playphone global R & D center manager of excellence technology center, Huawei Technology Xi'an Institute of Network products Line, and is now the general manager in China Soft International HSBC Business Line and Innovation Center.

Li is a member of agile project capability expert group of agile alliance. He has served in a number of high-tech scientific research projects of many countries and is the people in charge of innovation fund as well as sponsors and leaders of multiple open source community projects.

He is fully taking the responsibility for the construction of business line capacity, the innovation, Agile Project construction and product architecture.

"IT technology influences every aspect of our life. It has been a necessity of people's daily life, especially the software for daily payment and consumption. Programmers as a backup of these software deserve to get care and attention," he said.

Li is confident about the future development of Xi'an's software industry. "Xi'an is developing into an international metroplis. It has huge rooms for the software industry to grow up in the city," He added.

Xi'an has a number of universities and scientific research institutes which are rich in talent resource. The city has released special policies for encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship and attracting talents to settle down in Xi'an in order to push forward the development of software industry.
