Investor seeks business opportunities at Global Programmers' Festival

As the president of the Hong Kong Information Technology Joint Council (HKITJC) and the managing director of Radiant Venture Capital, Duncan Chiu has rich experience in IT company investment.

Established in 2014, Radiant Venture Capital runs businesses in China, North America and Israel. During the past 4 years, it has invested in 30 potential start-up projects and helped numerous overseas companies to enter the Chinese market.

Concerning the difficulties entrepreneurs may face when starting a business, Chiu often shares his experiences and provides guidance for them as a tutor at various exchange activities.
