Based on previous preparation and selection, Business Match arranges face-to-face meetings for those who want to buy certain technologies with sellers of the technologies that meet their conditions and requirements.

This activity was invented by China Hi-Tech Transfer Center in 2000 in order to explore and improve channels and approaches for trade of hi-tech achievements and also to fully utilize technical information and human resources in provinces and cities via the strengths of the CHTF brand.

So far, thousands of companies have participated and achieved some positive results. Since 2001, the center has been arranging the matches in Beijing, Wuhan, Qingdao, Harbin, Chengdu, Nanning, Austria, Spain, Germany, Hungary, Israel, and some other places. They are welcomed by many project owners and investors, and serve positively to promote technical communication and trades with the local companies.

The purpose of the service of the Hi-Tech Transfer Center is to "accelerate upgrading of traditional industries by application of high technologies, promote connection of technical achievements and funds, and support trades of property rights with small and medium hi-tech companies". To achieve this goal, CHTF 2015 will continue to organize Business Match this year.

Participants

Project owners: Companies or individuals that own hi-tech programs, or seek financing, transfer or cooperation, especially private technical companies, small and medium companies that need funds. (The programs can be ownership of technical achievements, right to use them, or distribution right)

Investor: Investment institutes or companies that intend to finance hi-tech projects, or need to work with hi-tech projects in any form.
