CNEA Expo to open 'Internet Plus' pavilion
An “Internet Plus” pavilion will be established at the 10th China-Northeast Asia Expo (CNEA Expo) in September, where the public can experience the changes the Internet has brought to their life, Changchun Daily reported on July 28.
To combine resources and speed up local development, the Expo will set up an e-commerce section to promote online and offline sales.
Also, for the first time, a financial section will be planned to attract financial institutions such as prestigious commercial banks, financial and insurance companies, to offer various and efficient on-site services to visitors.
There will be 9 pavilions and 3,285 booths at the Expo. A total of eighteen provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities will participate in the event, 50 percent more than the last year’s expo.
Organizations from countries and regions worldwide, including South Korea, Russia, Japan, Thailand, Mongolia and Hong Kong will send delegations to the Expo.
With the theme “Opportunity exchange, integrated development”, the first exchange symposium on Northeast Asian e-commerce service will also be held.
The symposium aims to enhance exchanges among Northeast Asian countries, promote innovations on distribution models, speed up the e-commerce trade, and integrate online and offline business.
Furthermore, an international sourcing fair to be held during the Expo and it will pay more attention to inviting overseas purchasing agents than the previous two sessions.
The China pulse import and export industry conference 2015, which coincides with the Expo, is expected to provide China’s main beans production bases and international traders an opportunity for professional exchanges.
