Chengdu holds large anti-terrorism drill

A large-scale anti-terrorism drill was held on Sunday in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan province, Western China Metropolis Daily reported on Monday.
More than 3,000 policemen, members of the Armed Police Force, firefighters and health staff took part in the training in the city’s 21 districts and counties.
The training included how to disarm explosives, deal with terrorists who attack people with knives and vehicles, and how to respond to hijacking and arson.
The training also included emergency treatment for nuclear or biochemical attacks.
