The Northwest Publication Logistics Base is a major construction project of Xi'an International Trade and Logistics Park. It is operated by Haiya Logistics Holdings (Singapore) Co Ltd and Shaanxi Aoda Group.

The project covers an area of about 666,667 square meters, with a construction area of 400,000 sq m and an investment of 1 billion yuan ($163.4 million). It will become China's largest logistics base for publications.
