Xi'an Guanghui Automobile Logistics Park is financed by Guanghui Automobile Service Co Ltd, which is a joint venture between Xinjiang Guanghui Group and US private-equity firm TPG. The service company is China's largest auto dealer group.
It owns more than 400 middle and high-end 4S shops. The park is located east of Gangwu Avenue and south of Xiangdong Road. It covers an area of 1,000,000 square meters and has an investment of 8 billion yuan ($1.3 billion).
All funds were raised by the service company itself. The park has many functions, serving as an exhibition center for automobiles, a cluster of 4S shops for 50 automobile brands, and an auto parts market and trade center for second-hand cars.
