The second Zhongguancun Digital Design Entrepreneurship Competition opened on March 26. The competition includes three awards: the digital implication award, the digital media award and the "Zhonghai Cup" special awards.

This year's event is themed "science, culture, design, dream". It covers various fields, such as the mobile Internet, static digital media and new energy.

According to the organizer, the competition will lead and help emerging industrial projects by building an information platform for digital design innovation and attracting high-end talents to Haidian district.

All winning projects will receive support from special funds designated to Haidian's cultural development. They will also enjoy free office space and priority consideration for social angel and risk investments.

Zhongguancun International Digital Design Center will provide assurance for these projects. At the event's opening ceremony, the center was recognized as a "national innovation incubator".

After the event, government officials, scholars, and company representatives were invited to discuss entrepreneurial policies and financing issues.
