SHANGHAI, Sept. 30, 2012 (Xinhua) -- Vehicles queue to pass a Shanghai-based expressway toll station in the midnight on Sept. 30, 2012. A road policy which exempts passenger vehicles (with seven seats and below) from expressway tolls during the eight-day Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday takes effect on Sunday.(Xinhua/Fan Jun)
