The China Digital Creative Industry Alliance was established in Beijing on November 8, 2007 in a bid to promote the development of China's digital content and creative industry.
The establishment of the alliance is supported by the Beijing Cultural and Creative Industry Promotion Center and relevant government departments from the city's Shijingshan district.
The alliance aims to set a bridge between the digital creative enterprises and governments, to expand the exchange and communication among enterprises in various links of the industrial chain, to promote dialogues between domestic enterprises and their international peers and to offer service contents that are urgently needed by enterprises in the industry.

It also hosts digital creative industry forums, industry summits, CG design competitions and original comic and animation exhibitions to raise its presence in the industry.
The founding members of the alliance include the Beijing Multimedia Industry Association, Crystal CG, Global Digital Creations (Beijing), Chuangyi Xinye, Cosmic and Animation World, Chengji Xianfeng, China Cyber Games, Zhida Ruifeng and Linbo Science and Technology.
