Three years ago, a deadly earthquake hit Sichuan, killing at least 69,000 people. Pengzhou was heavily damaged during the earthquake. Under the aid-partnership plan, Fujian province in east China paired up with Pengzhou to help it speed up the restoration and reconstruction.
