Xucheng has given special consideration to the county’s high quality construction, education, and high-standard managerial mechanisms. This helps to create a diversified and long-term system, which has triggered the urban construction of Xucheng.

In order to improve the city’s water supply, environment, and public facilities, Xucheng has invested more than five million yuan to prevent hardened roads with an area of 10000 sq m to build flower gardens and other public facilities with a total area of 70000 sq m, and to implement several rebuilding plans, covering 5200 sq m. To ensure a clean working environment, Xucheng has formulated a set of regulations for the community, emphasizing sanitary environment. The environment protection project covers urban areas, as well as rural areas, leading to a more beautiful city.

Xucheng has also dismantled 72 unauthorized constructions, a total area of 3450 sq m, which has prevented the occurrence of more illegal construction. It also serves as a relocation source of economic housing and economic development zones, including 450 places and covers 56000 sq m.
